note for arm arch: arm arch is specified only on tomcat-servlet-api, there is no arm arch on tomcat itself so please stabilize just tomcat-servlet-api

    www-servers/tomcat: Second stab at bug #453212 for version 6
    
    The previous attempt didn't work because 6 doesn't resolve system
    properties in the catalina.properties file. I have backported the
    change from 7 to make it work.
    
    I have also unbundled el-api.jar in line with the later versions as
    per bug #558728.

We don't stabilize Java stuff on arm at the moment. The virtuals and VMs are still not stable. As it happens, you haven't CC'd arm team anyway.
