This bug exists to track mirror --checksum status.

To test, fetch this URL per mirror, with a time gap between it. The value SHOULD be regularly updating. If it sticks, then the mirror or something upstream of it is missing --checksum.

Sadly yes, as many mirrors can't use checksum.
