Bug 570802 – kde-apps/kdenlive-15.12.0-r1.ebuild - add_frameworks_dep doesn't check for compatible versions of kde-frameworks

The kde-apps/kdenlive-15.12.0-r1 ebuild only checks for the presence of the required KDE frameworks, but not for compatible versions.

While versions of, say, kde-frameworks/karchive-5.14.0 are no longer in the portage tree, users that have not enabled unstable flags for those packages (~amd64 in my instance) may still have the stable installed causing the compile of kdenlive-15.12.0-r1 to fail.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have all of the required versions of kde-frameworks meeting RDEPENDS installed, but of an earlier stable version (<5.15.0).
2. emerge =kde-apps/kdenlive-15.12.0-r1

Actual Results:  
The following error will be repeated for every framework in the dependencies list:

CMake Warning at /usr/share/ECM/find-modules/FindKF5.cmake:74 (find_package):
  Could not find a configuration file for package "KF5Archive" that is
  compatible with requested version "5.15".




Expected Results:  
The ebuild should test for proper versions of the required packages and fail when the version check >=5.15.0 fails.

Technically the minimum frameworks version can be raised to 5.15.0 I guess - a good part of Applications will now require >=5.15. But you shouldn't come into a situation where you have an out-of-tree 5.14.0 installed in the first place, and so far no kde-frameworks version has been stabilised, so you must have had an outdated package.keywords file.

Thanks, the minimum version across KF5-based packages has been raised in git.
