pyshark as of 0.3.6 version having no problems when using with python-3, however it is set only to PYTHON_TARGETS="python2_7"

also there is new 0.3.6.1 release, so this can be moved into bump request.

Sadly we need to wait, as dev-python/trollius has massive problems with python3.5

well, request wasn't strictly about 3.5
3.3 and 3.4 is fine.
