This has two implications:

1. you can't assign bugs using project address,

2. packages maintained by dev-portage@ seem not part of the project.

I guess you'd need to change the contact address to dev-portage@.

Can we get this fixed, please? Otherwise, I'm afraid Portage will have to go maintainer-needed ;-P.
