libu2f-host-1.0.0.ebuild patch

libu2f-host 1.0.0 provides the '70-old-u2f.rules' file for older and non-systemd udev setups. This allows us to remove the sed manipulation from src_prepare() and to simplify src_install().

It would be nice to have bug #564748 fixed as well since it deals with a related issue.

Closing because this package is deprecated by dev-python/fido2 with >=app-crypt/yubikey-manager-0.7.0.
