Bug 569168 – Failed to emerge app-emulation/virtualbox-5.0.12 with USE=doc

It seems that virtualbox-5.0.12 emerge with USE=doc fails on amd64 with the following error when creating UserManual.pdf:

kpathsea: Running mktexpk --mfmode / --bdpi 600 --mag 1+48/600 --dpi 648 fvmb8r
mktexpk: don't know how to create bitmap font for fvmb8r.
mktexpk: perhaps fvmb8r is missing from the map file.

I re-emerged all texlive packages and especially texlive-fontsrecommended but the problem persisted.

1. USE=doc emerge =app-emulation/virtualbox-5.0.12
