According to that one does not need to rebuild the system if upgrading from GCC-4.9 to 5.3 in the "So why is this only needed" paragraph, but it was confirmed in IRC that that needs updating.

No bugs for wiki pages, please. There's discussion pages if you cannot make the change yourself for whatever reason.
