I suspect there is a driver bug when using Xv or similar. Try reproducing the problem with media-video/mpv and different video outputs. Actually, I've already hit the same problem with OpenShot (it crashes xorg on the start) and with mplayer when tried to play .mts video. ati-drivers is dead, and will not be supported for X. |
