Bug 568124 – <sys-apps/iproute2-4.0.0-r2[minimal]: only `tc` is installed

The current amd64 (i.e. not testing/keyword) release of sys-apps/iproute2-3.19.0 with USE flag +minimal does not provide the /bin/ip utility, despite USE flag description indicating it does:

 - - atm      : Enable Asynchronous Transfer Mode protocol support
 + + berkdb   : build programs that use berkdb (just arpd)
 + + iptables : include support for iptables filtering
 - - ipv6     : Add support for IP version 6
 + + minimal  : only install ip and tc programs

Re-emerging with +minimal for the package corrects the issue:

yes, as you can read in bug 549988, the installation of `ip` is a new feature.  use a new version of iproute2 if you want `ip` and USE=minimal.
