not recognized by iana and (hence?) not in our upstream. I think the sensible policy here is to go with iana and not add mime-types individually. closing. That'd be fair enough, except for that the audio/x-wav and video/x-msvideo types are not present in the IANA registry either, and yet are present in the Gentoo /etc/mime.types. Anyway, I've emailed media-types@iana.org about why the RFC 2361 types are not in the registry. |
