This error occurred during selinux installation with: emerge --ask -1 checkpolicy policycoreutils
according to https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/SELinux/Installation,
but no build log was available after emerge is completed

I fixed this yesterday actually. Can you re-sync and try?
The problem arose during building the stages too because the context files dont exist yet so I have a conditional around them now.
