with USE=binary enabled, the sys-firmware/seabios package will use pre-built binary, and with USE=system-seabios enabled xen-tools will use this binary,
and the result hvm domU fail to start, see attached log.

but again, with USE=-binary disabled (build sys-firmware/seabios[-binary]), the xen-tools make hvm domU (the guest vm) work fine.

is it possible to check if CONFIG_XEN is enabled for the prebuilt seabios binary? since I'm sure the sys-firmware/seabios[-binary] version will make CONFIG_XEN enabled.

Is this still reproducible with the current firmware versions?
