See attached screenshot. The DE is plasma-5.5 beta with default theme breeze, USE flags are

[ebuild   R   ~] app-office/libreoffice-bin-5.0.3.2::gentoo  USE="(-aqua) -gnome -java kde" PYTHON_SINGLE_TARGET="python3_4 -python2_7 -python3_5" PYTHON_TARGETS="python3_4 -python2_7 -python3_5" 0 KiB

Setting USE=-kde gives the same result.

Problem is visible in all LibreOffice programs. Also, while between program starts most misdrawn icons stay the same, there's a few changes.
