pdns-recursor doesn't install a systemd unit file

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge pdns-recursor
2. systemctl enable pdns-recursor.service
Actual Results:  
Failed to execute operation: No such file or directory


Expected Results:  
Created symlink from /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/pdns-recursor.service to /usr/lib64/systemd/system/pdns-recursor.service.


The contrib directory contains a systemd unit file
