The ebuild for WINE 1.7.55 still unpacks wine-staging-PV.tar.gz when USE=pulseaudio, however the ebuild no longer fetches it.

Removing pulseaudio from USE allows the build to continue, but this is obviously not a very helpful workaround.  Either re-add the staging tarball to SRC_URI when USE=pulseaudio, require USE=staging when pulseaudio is enabled, or remove ' || use pulseaudio' from ebuild line 213.  As I don't maintain WINE or know anything about its build system, I can't make the call either way.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE=pulseaudio
2. emerge wine

Actual Results:  
 * ERROR: app-emulation/wine-1.7.55::gentoo failed (unpack phase):
 *   unpack: wine-staging-1.7.55.tar.gz does not exist

Expected Results:  
A successful build.
