After merging modutils-2.4.26 (and non yet rebooted) I have this errors:

root@enigma modules # lsmod
Module                  Size  Used by    Tainted: G S
lsmod: QM_MODULES: Function not implemented

root@enigma modules # modprobe snd_trident
modprobe: QM_MODULES: Function not implemented
 
modprobe: QM_MODULES: Function not implemented
 
modprobe: Can't locate module snd_trident


I did not reboot because, if I do it, I can't load my network card module.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge modutils-2.4.26
2. try lsmod
3. or try modprobe

Actual Results:

You need module-init-tools rather than modutils for 2.6.x kernels.

The problem is that modutils wants to be emerged with an 

emerge -aDuv world

at my computer - though I'm using a 2.6 kernel .. some package must have wrong dependencies (since today)
