hi,

please include this attached patch (sourceforge.net/p/conky/patches/_discuss/thread/d2c13e0a/6d23/attachment/conky-1.8.0-draw_bar_borders.patch).
i have tested it as an user epatch and it works fine with app-admin/conky-1.9.0-r3 an app-admin/conky-1.10.0 (~amd64)

it adds draw_bar_borders to conkyrc which works similar to draw_graph_borders. 

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
without: all bars have borders

Expected Results:  
i dont want borders around my bars

sorry it only works for 1.9 (amd64) yet. currently porting it to 1.10. i will supply the new patch when i am finished
