This package is one of the last still relying on really old (and obsolete) gucharmap version, is that support really needed? If not, maybe it could be disabled

[master f7814ea] app-i18n/libtomoe-gtk: Disable gucharmap support (#565296), no need to rebuild gtk-doc.
