When the doc use flag is not enabled in neutron it does not require it for python-neutronclient and will fail to build if the doc use flag is not enabled for python-neutronclient. A dependency would fix this, should be a one-liner.

Sounds like switching the dep to python-neutronclient[doc?] would work?

Sorry Matt, Didn't see the response, I need to switch from my old junk email to my gentoo email. I will check. I think it's fixed though we did a rebuild with the new version and I don't think that was an issue.
