The pnm2ppa in the portage tree I noticed was a bit old.  I've been using this
ebuild to run 1.10 for about a week now - it's not perfect but it's a start.

A few notes,
ppaSet is now a seperate download on the pnm2ppa web site, I haven't ever used
it and it would double the package size.  If it's needed maybe we should add
another ebuild, or add it to this one.

Some of the patches look like they've been rectified in the new source so I've
removed them from the patch file.

The reason it's not perfect is because I'm not sure how up to date the docs are
or if any of the other patches needed removing (probably not as they applied
flawlessly).
