all the 4.3_p33 - 4.3_p42 version will return  this error for a very long time ...

please fix the locale on your system.  you should *not* be setting LC_ALL.  instead, set LANG to zh_CN.UTF-8.  once you do that, the build logs will produce english error messages we can read.  then please post the new build log as an attachment for us to look at.

what does `qlist -ICv readline` show ?
