it breaks here a stable chroot tinderbox image from being upgraded :

This library is important for the correlation aspects of Sagan! Please see
https://wiki.quadrantsec.com/bin/view/Main/LibLogNorm. To disable this feature
use the --disable-lognorm flag.

Yes confirmed. dev-libs/libee need be set as a dep unconditionally, currently sits 'behind' lognorm? (

the unstable version was emerged fine her :

so probably libee should just be added to the appropriate lognorm section of the stable ebuild too (currently it is not even mentioned)

1.0.0_rc3 is stable now
