@maintainer: if you're adding patches, that touch autotools source files, eautoreconf is pretty much *required* (short of few exceptions), and while in case of libvisio-0.1.3-fix-tests.patch you could have gotten away with just removing configure.ac block (as proper {R}DEPEND entry would have taken care of that), libvisio-0.1.3-boost-1.59.patch is only about that.
I'm almost sure you've gotten a QA warning in your build log for this.
