rsync12.us.gentoo.org is down. sorry for the late notification, but unfortunately it's my email server as well for that domain.

unfortunately my relationship with the colo hosting the server is no-more and they wish me to remove it so i don't know if or when it will return. if anyone knows any decent, cheap, location service in the milwaukee area please feel free to contact me at scottjl@gmail.com.
