Datastream from Internet causes PCIe error:

Hardware: Intel Core i7-5820K, Asus X99-Deluxe, 64 GB RAM, Nvidia GTX 970 4GB, Samsung 850 Pro 512GB, 4TB WD Caviar Black

IP Adress: fe80:0000:0000:0000:3a2c:4aff:fe71:bc87

I assume it is the PCIe driver in ther kernel.

This is a superimposed signal over a 50MBit/s VDSL 2+ line.

Correction:
CPU was defective
Had to replace it.
