hsqldb 2.3.3 build script

Related to bug #383445, this is a request for a more recent version to be added into the tree, along with systemctl unit files.

I've attached an ebuild I'm using - I think it was just a modified version of the original v1.x release, so it doesn't include any startup scripts. It's NOT production ready.

It probably needs a good review by someone that knows what they're doing...

Closing in favour of the older bug. I'm not saying your contribution is bad but let's keep the bump to one bug. Sorry we haven't got to it yet.
