Skype dumped core with an abort when I tried to change a room's topic.

The room was a new cloud based room.

What makes you think that this is not an upstream bug?

I suspect it is an upstream bug but I have no clue how to report it.

Well they don't really have upstream bugzilla I think. And since it's upstream bug I can't fix it.
