with IOMMU enabled i get a few 100 of these messages per second 

started to happen with kernel 4.2.1

Can you test 4.2.6 with iommu = soft as a kernel parameter, please?

seems to have gone away with 4.2.6, though i didn't sit and watch it for long before throwing on 4.3.0 vanilla, haven't seen it there either
