Various graphics glitches in KDE with desktop effects enabled affecting an entire window or dialogue, such as a Konsole window or just the right mouse-click context menu in Dolphin.

Turning desktop effects off removes glitches but they are still there when effects are turned back on.

Sorry, "glitches" are hard to describe due to their strangeness but think digital distortion and missing widgets.

Sorry, jumped to the wrong conclusion initially, thought it was pixman but actually wayland was the culprit.
