Compiling cogl-1.20.0 with more than one thread fails with error:
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/var/tmp/portage/media-libs/cogl-1.20.0/homedir/.cache/g-ir-scanner/.cache-version.tmp'
Disabling MAKE_OPTS makes cogl compile and install fine.

Please attach full build.log and output of "emerge --info"

While this was consistently happening during a world update, it is not reproducible now anymore afterwards.
