app-office/geierlein version bump 0.7.8 is available

cp geierlein-0.7.3.ebuild geierlein-0.7.8.ebuild

should solve

geierlein-0.7.3 has Firefox maxVersion <= 35.* but 35 isn't vailable,
0.7.8 works with 38.2.1

done, also included a patch now to let it work with firefox-bin
