The Subsection "Plasma" has a link to the plasma uggrade page. The link points to a non-existing document. It should link to https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/KDE/Plasma_5_upgrade

The wiki page https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/KDE/en is write protected, therefore i cannot fix the link myself.

Not sure how you ended up on the internal translation page, https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/KDE is the page you want to (and can) edit. :)
