Re-run by Toralf on emerging the stabled dev-libs/libcgroup-0.41.
Package then emerged fine. The revbump to 0.41-r1 was a radical re-write which is broken and now pmasked. Note Depends on: 	559772 .
This will in fact invalidate this bug by virtue of pulling in the stabled dev-libs/libcgroup-0.41
