Unable to reproduce here. If "inject" (provides by a core module) is not available, I guess something smells funny in your ruby install. It looks like in this case the mentos(:get_all_lexers) bridge into python is not returning the expected result. I can't reproduce it either, and neither can our own tinderbox.
