IUSE="X" is enabled in most desktop profiles and adds a dependency on fox for a test-gui, which a user probably won't use. Please rename the useflag to "test-gui".

Another possibility would be to rename it to IUSE="fox" which other packages also use.

I made the switch to USE=fox in 0.8.0_rc1_p20140719 only.  Once stabilized we'll remove the older versions.
