I'm a bit confused. Is there a reason why you're specifically calling for itext-2.1.7 bumping? We have version 5.5.4 packaged, which is 2 versions away from the latest iteration according to github. https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/tree/master/dev-java/itext https://github.com/itext/itextpdf/ Well, this is the 2.1 Slot Version which the newest SweetHome3D Version needed. I haven't tried to include the 5.5.4 into SweetHome3D... I will give it a try next weekend. Slot 2.1 and 5.5 are not compatible. 2.1 has "com.lowagie.text" path for classes while 5.x uses "com.itextpdf.text" ...so please keep 2.1 Slot BTW: This is needed for the ebuild I posted on Bug 209696 Package removed. |
Created attachment 410046 [details] itext-2.1.7.ebuild newest 2.1 version from github - added bctsp dependency - strangely downgrades bc-dependency to 1.38 - keeping asian recource jars - rups no langer available
