When upgrading kde-apps/kmix-4.14.3-r1 to kde-apps/kmix-15.08.0, CMAke configure fails with the following message:

CMake Error at /usr/share/cmake/Modules/FindPackageHandleStandardArgs.cmake:148 (message):
  Could NOT find KF5 (missing: KCMUtils)


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge =kde-apps/kmix-15.08.0

Actual Results:  
Configure phase fails.

Expected Results:  
KMix should configure, compile, and install.

I'm fairly certain the dependency is not actually used. I sent a patch upstream and will backport soon.
