We currently have 1.50 and 1.52 which API differs. It's causing some troubles (see bug 557166). Let's SLOT this package.

    dev-java/bcpg: Add a new SLOT to version {1.50,1.52}.
    Clean up hacks. Simplify build with java-pkg_simple eclass.
    Fixes bug 557242.
