It seems that a new version was released the 2015-06-02. > We're hopeful that these changes will increase network capacity and > performance, and reduce the congestion that's been affecting the network > the last three months. Copying the 0.9.18.ebuild work until applying i2p-0.9.18_fix-paths.patch (which I guess could be partly replaced by a `sed -i 's|$INSTALL_PATH|/usr/share/i2p|'` on the wanted files).
