After updating glibc to 2.20 i hit bug #529076 when using current stable ceph

0.80.10 seems containing the proper fix(it does not fail for me, at least), so - let's stabilize it, because current stable is broken(some ceph commands like rbd are COMPLETELY unusuable)

Arches, please test and mark stable =sys-cluster/ceph-0.80.10
