Description Anno v. Heimburg 2004-06-29 23:23:07 UTC
Hi!

I did the following:

$ emerge -p gpgme newpg

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

Calculating dependencies ...done!
[ebuild  N    ] dev-libs/libgpg-error-0.6
[ebuild  N    ] dev-libs/libgcrypt-1.1.94
[ebuild  N    ] app-crypt/gpgme-0.4.0
[ebuild  N    ] dev-libs/libksba-0.4.7
[ebuild  N    ] dev-libs/pth-1.4.0
[ebuild  N    ] dev-libs/libgcrypt-1.1.12
[ebuild  N    ] app-crypt/newpg-0.9.4-r1

All went fine, until libgcrypt-1.1.94 replaced the previously emerged libgcrypt-1.1.12, which broke newpg, which broke the install of gpgme. Reemerging newpg reemerged libgcrypt-1.1.12, but deleted libgcrypt-1.1.94. That hasn't caused any problems so far, I just thought I'ld let you know that there seems to be something weird going on.

Cheers,
Anno
