apache-2.0.49-r4 is available in portage tree but apache-manual-2.0.49-r4 isn't yet, so accessing the documentation through the server doesn't work if you update to apache-2.0.49-r4.

A possible workaroud is to edit /etc/apache2/conf/modules.d/00_apache_manual.conf replacing any instance of "2.0.49-r3" with "2.0.49-r4".

Manual is set in the apache ebuild itself, no need for a seperate ebuild.
