Running glsa-check -v -l affected reports that 201507-20 applies to the system, but dev-db/postgresql-9.3.9 is installed. 

The GLSA xml file itself specifies that releases in the 9.3.x series greater than or equal to 9.3.8 should be unaffected. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install dev-db/postgresql-9.3.9
2. run glsa-check -v -l affected
3.
Actual Results:  
postgresql 9.3.9 is flagged as being affected by GLSA 201507-20

Expected Results:  
GLSA 201507-20 shouldn't be flagged as version 9.3.9 is unaffected
