Apparently, the test suite thinks an Alpha should have i686-w64-mingw32-gcc:

Tests fail on all arches because they make some bad assumptions.  We can track fixing them on this bug.

Addendum.  We should fix the tests, or get upstream to do so, but I don't want them to be blockers against stabilization.
