I'd blame opencv update. This also happens with USE=-facedetect Created attachment 411466 [details, diff] frei0r-plugins-1.4-opencv.patch Cleaned up patch from Jozef Mlich to address the same issue over at redhat. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1241066 The modified red hat patch worked for me as well. Arch ~amd64, USE flags: facedetect scale0tilt. Thanks! I also confirm that the patch works, so it'd be nice if added to some next release. commit 296866130232bd0aeed4bc8e5b8dc7efd2db4069 Author: Alexis Ballier <aballier@gentoo.org> Date: Thu Nov 5 16:55:30 2015 +0100 media-plugins/frei0r-plugins: Fix build with opencv3. Patch from from Jozef Mlich ported by Alex Barker. Bug #555782. thx! This patch is not backwards compatible with previous OpenCV 2 versions. So it will not work if the user decides to use OpenCV 2..... Please reopen this issue and use the upstream fix - https://github.com/ddennedy/frei0r/commit/129eeac85fb5a992dfb20c79192848795082ba75 (though it has a bug too, but I did report upstream to fix that - see my note on github on line 264 for the commit) I will upload the proper patch for =media-plugins/frei0r-plugins-1.4 here for convenience... Please let someone test with both OpenCV 2 and OpenCV 3 and share results... I can confirm this works ok with OpenCV 3 (no time to check with OpenCV 2 - you know it is a big, time consuming emerge... :( ) Thanks Created attachment 419752 [details, diff]
frei0r-plugins-1.4-opencv3.patch
This patch adds a backwards compatibility with previous OpenCV 2 versions.
Here is a proof that the now version of the patch in portage is wrong: bug #568608 Same problem exists with stable =media-plugins/frei0r-plugins-1.3 See bug #568540 I am uploading a patch for it too (but it will require changes to apply it in the frei0r-plugins-1.3.ebuild) Created attachment 419758 [details, diff] frei0r-plugins-1.3-opencv3.patch This is a patch for =media-plugins/frei0r-plugins-1.3 and OpenCV 3 See bug #568540 *** Bug 568540 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
