Bug 55537 – cyrus-imapd-2.1.15-r1 update to add kolabs and amd64 patches

This new ebuild adds the group file patch
instead of picking the group settings from /etc/group it uses the file /etc/imapd.group

Then there are some fixes for amd64, mostly bad format strings.

minor amd64 fixes

These fixes just make cyrus-imapd compile with less warnings. I havent tested
cyrus without them, so I do not know if these patches have impact on stability

cyrus ebuild with renamed use flag

I renamed kolabs to kolab.

group_file.patch

And finally i changed the location again, it is now stored in /etc/cyrusimapd/
which makes more sense since other files like the ssl keys are sored there too.

the preliminary kolab ebuild has been updated to store its group file there too

This is a bit old. If you are still interested, could you rediff it to the latest version in portage ?

I am no longer working on the kolabs ebuild, so I do not know.
