Bug 554566 – dev-ruby/rubygems: Error: Unknown option --no-color with app-admin/eselect-1.4.4

The pkg_postinst() in ebuilds for rubegems calls eselect with --no-color option, but eselect, at least version 1.4.4, has no such option, so updating /usr/bin/gem fails.
It seems that the correct one is --colour=no.

Error messages:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Uninstall all Ruby implementations to make sure that there is no vaild /usr/bin/gem,
2. Install any package depending on Ruby (I tried to install Sass with RUBY_TARGETS="ruby22"), and
3. Execute `eselect ruby show`

This is now fixed for all rubygems versions by using the new --colour=no option. Thanks for reporting.
