genlop -r should distinguish between the repositories for portages new build in multi-repo feature. . 

E.g. If i have two repositories portage and kde configured in portage it should return something like  
  synced at >>> Thu Jul  2 14:45:10 2015 (gentoo, kde)
if both repos where synced and 
  synced at >>> Thu Jul  2 14:45:10 2015 (gentoo) 
if only the repo gentoo was synced

I'm just going to treat this as a bug since it does impact the correctness of the genlop -r command.
