Since the document was very outdated, I droped the actual translation in favor of a completely new one. It was easier than trying to diff/patch the existing document, since very few sections were left unchanged.

BTW, I had to change "discarter". It is a quebecism that hasn't made it into the French dictionay, yet. Sorry.
